“QCC was so much fun! The community of players seemed to really appreciate lots of fun roleplay along with their combat, which is always a blast for me. It’s one of the best experiences I’ve had as a guest at a con. Also the local food… Omg.”

The city of Buffalo has had a large resurgence due to both public and private investments. This year we’ve moved the convention to the middle of summer to avoid any possibilities of snow and to give you folks the chance to not only experience the Queen City Conquest but the wonderful city and the surroundings.
Buffalo’s summer is also Buffalo festival season. You can’t go a weekend without a festival, concert series or event happening morning noon or night. If you go to visitbuffaloniagara.com you’ll discover everything happening in and around the city during the time surrounding the QCC. If you’re still here let’s give you a few places you might want to start.
Located on Buffalo’s waterfront, Canalside is a great outdoor location to play and enjoy everything from kayaking and water biking – which you can rent – to live music and lovely walks on the water.
Are you a foodie? Yes, Buffalo is well known for wings. If you’re a true wing connoisseur we have something called the Wing Trail. Have you tried Loganberry soda? Sponge candy? Paula’s Donuts? Lloyds Tacos truck? Lake Effect Ice Cream? A Roast Beef On Weck?
Aside from those few items there are a number of other amazing restaurants and food trucks. To top it all off the Taste of Buffalo is the same weekend as the convention. There may be jaunt to the 2nd largest “Taste of” in the United States.
The Falls are less than 30 minutes north of Buffalo. There, you can experience the amazing view of Niagara Falls. Maybe you’d like to stalk your way through the Cave of the Winds or take a ride up to the falls on the Maid of the Mist and feel the power of millions of gallons of falling water. These adventures could be great inspiration for a future game or just an enjoyable experience. On the Canadian side of the Falls is Clifton Hill. If you like the experience of a New Jersey styled boardwalk or the arcades of old then you’ll find plenty of places to have fun when you visit.
Like many great cities exploring Buffalo is an experience. From our unique architecture – Frank Lloyd Wright anyone – to our unique independent music scene there is something for everyone to love Western New York.
Hey folks. Just wanted to let you know we have a new location this year and new dates.
We will be at Daemen College. The facility is quite lovely and has allowed us to reduce some of our cost which we’re passing on to you.
The convention is going to be from July 12th to the 14th.
30 Day Sale
In the coming days we’ll be having more details for you and we want you to know we won’t be having a kickstarter but we will be having a 30 day sale and if we sell enough badges during the sale we’ll be able to open up some interesting events and possibly some more guests for this years convention. We’ll be having our sale starting in February and rolling into March.
Local Gaming Events
We have a stocking stuffer game night at Iron Buffalo on Thursday, December 20th from 7 pm till close. We encourage you to come out, drink some coffee or hot coco, and play your favorite games that could fit in a stocking.
Hey Folks. It’s time for the Black Friday Sale for the QCC. We’re opening up our store for the lowest prices for 3 day badges and our VIP Badges.
The 3 Day badges are $35 dollars which is %30 off what they’ll be at the door
Our VIP Badges are $100 and include one 3 day badge, your T-Shirt, the Thursday Evening Get Together with our special guests, access to our lounge where we’ll have coffee, snacks, fruit, a place to store your things and get away from the insanity of the convention to take a breather, and 2 Queen City Conquest dice
You can pick up your badges by following this link
With that said, we want you to be aware that the convention has moved to July 12th – July 14th and will be at Daemen College this year. It’s allowed us to reduce our costs and provide more value to you. We can’t wait to see you in July and thank you for supporting the convention and being a part of our community.
Here's some games you might want to play at the QCC by some of our gaming guests.
